Company Background
Amalthia was incorporated in January 2002 with the purpose of
entering the dry cargo shipping management market.
The Founder of the Company is committed to the vision of
ultimately building it up, with an optimum medium term managed
fleet goal of about 12 – 16 ships. This can be achieved by
implementing modern and swift management criteria based on a
safety and quality culture.
The Company’s Management today is structured to operate through a
highly-qualified and experienced team with well-identified roles
and responsibilities. This is the result of recruiting
well-experienced and properly-trained Inspectors and Personnel.
